Visualize Comets' and Planets' positions for a given Observer

The applet VisCometPlanetHorizon is combined with the TimeBase applet and the Observer applet. By changing the epoch or changing the observer, the visualization applet updates the new positions of the planets. Remember that the time in the Calendar applet (TimeBase) is always displayed as UTC.
